Singing Bowl Training
Learn the ancient art of Tibetan singing bowl therapy. Our 3-day basic and advanced courses cover correct technique, chakra balancing, sound healing session design, and therapeutic applications.
Overview
Singing bowls have been used in the Himalayas for centuries to settle the mind, balance the body's energy, and support deep meditation. In this hands-on certification you will learn to play, understand, and heal with them.
The basic level covers correct holding, striking, and rimming techniques, the properties of full-moon bowls, and how sound affects the nervous system. The advanced level moves into chakra balancing protocols, full-body sound massage, and designing complete healing sessions for clients.
You will practice on real sessions under supervision, and a set of 7 singing bowls is included in the course fee — so you leave ready to practice at home or professionally.
