Booking & Refund Policy

How booking works

  1. Send your application through the program page, contact form, or WhatsApp.
  2. We confirm availability and details within 24 hours.
  3. For trainings and retreats, a 25% deposit secures your seat. The balance is due on arrival, payable in USD cash, Nepali rupees, or bank transfer.
  4. Healing sessions require no deposit — simply book a time.

Trainings & retreats — cancellation by you

  • 15 days or more before the start date: 75% of the full program fee is refunded (the 25% deposit is non-refundable).
  • Less than 15 days before the start date: the deposit is retained; any balance paid is refunded.
  • After the program has begun: fees are non-refundable.
  • As an alternative to a refund, you may transfer your deposit once to a later cohort within 12 months, free of charge.

Healing sessions

  • Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel a program (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control), you choose between a full refund of everything paid — including the deposit — or a free transfer to a later date. We are not able to cover travel costs, which is why travel insurance is required for retreats.

The Himalayan Luxury Retreat

Because this retreat involves domestic flights, permits, and lodge bookings, it carries its own terms: the deposit is 40%, cancellations 30 days or more before departure receive a 60% refund, and within 30 days the fee is non-refundable except where the retreat itself is cancelled. Comprehensive travel and evacuation insurance is mandatory.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made, within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank transfer fees, where they apply, are deducted from the refunded amount.
