Frequently Asked Questions

For Yoga Alliance RYT 500 registration, you need a 200-hour certification first. Dedicated practitioners without a 200hr certificate may be admitted after an interview, but we recommend completing the 200-hour course first — many students combine both here in Kathmandu.
The 500-hour training assumes a working foundation and goes further: advanced asana and adjustment, yoga therapy for real conditions, deeper pranayama and subtle-body work, more philosophy, and more than double the supervised teaching practice.
You will learn therapeutic applications of yoga and how to design one-to-one sessions. This is not a medical qualification, but it prepares you to work confidently with common needs — stress, back care, sleep, posture — within a yoga teaching scope.
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your seat and the balance is due on arrival. Cancellations at least 15 days before the start date receive a 75% refund of the full fee. After the course begins, fees are non-refundable.
