Overview

Come as a student and return as an internationally accredited yoga teacher. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course is designed for everyone — whether beginner or advanced practitioner — seeking authentic, traditional yoga education in the birthplace of yoga.

This course provides a comprehensive foundation in yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. You will learn multi-style yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Kundalini, all taught in a holistic, traditional way by experienced teachers.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified certificate, enabling you to register as RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and teach yoga anywhere in the world.

Daily Schedule

Each day follows a disciplined ashram schedule designed to build a strong personal practice while learning the skills to teach others. The day begins before sunrise and ends with evening satsang.

All students are required to attend all sessions. Silence is observed during morning practice and meal times. Three half-days off per month allow for rest, laundry, and exploration of Kathmandu valley.

No prior experience is required. This course is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. We teach from the foundations and adapt to each student's level. What we ask for is willingness — to wake early, to sit long, to be quiet, and to practice.
Yes. We are a Yoga Alliance registered school (RYS 200). After graduation you can register directly with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher), which is recognized by studios worldwide. The certification is valid globally.
A multi-style foundation: primarily Hatha Yoga (traditional, alignment-based), Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, and introductory Vinyasa flow. We also cover Kundalini, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, and the cleansing techniques (shat kriyas).
We serve sattvic vegetarian meals — Nepali, Indian, and continental dishes prepared fresh daily from locally sourced ingredients. Vegan, gluten-free, and Jain options are available on request. Please notify us of dietary needs at least two weeks before arrival.
To book, complete the application form below. Once accepted, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your seat. The balance is due on arrival. If you need to cancel, 75% of the full fee will be refunded if cancelled at least 15 days before the start date. After the course begins, fees are non-refundable.
Yes. We provide complimentary pickup from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Send your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival date and time) at least 7 days before arrival, and our driver will be waiting at arrivals with your name on a sign.
Comfortable yoga clothing (5-7 changes), warm layer for mornings (October-April), walking shoes, personal medication, reusable water bottle, notebook and pen, eye mask and ear plugs for silence days, slip-on shoes for indoors, and one set of white clothing for opening ceremony. We provide yoga mats and props.
