Himalayan Luxury Retreat
Seven days of yoga, meditation, and sound healing amid the dramatic landscapes of Mustang — with luxury lodge accommodation, guided excursions, and the Himalayas as your practice hall.
Overview
Mustang is one of the most striking landscapes in the Himalayas — wind-carved cliffs, whitewashed villages, ancient monasteries, and the deepest gorge in the world. This retreat brings our teachers, and our practice, to that landscape.
Mornings begin with yoga and pranayama facing the peaks. Days combine guided excursions to villages and monasteries with rest, sound healing, and meditation. Evenings close with satsang beside the fire.
Accommodation is in a carefully chosen luxury lodge with mountain views, hot showers, and excellent food — comfort that lets you give your full attention to the practice and the place.
