10 Days Meditation Retreat
Join a transformative 10-day silent meditation retreat led by Maa Nisha Kabir. Designed for deep inner work, this program includes guided meditation, pranayama, satsang, and individual guidance.
Overview
This retreat is designed for deep inner work. The days move gently between guided meditation sittings, pranayama and breathwork, silent walks, and evening satsang with Maa Nisha Kabir — with periods of noble silence held throughout.
The retreat is available both at our Tarkeshwor center, on the quiet slopes of Nagarjun forest, and online for international students who cannot travel. Online participants join live sessions and receive the same individual guidance.
No prior meditation experience is required. What matters is the willingness to sit, to be quiet, and to look inward for ten days.
